Founder, The Mind Mastering. MSc Neuroscience. BA Psychology. Certified MindShifting Practitioner. Former elite athlete.
I played competitive basketball across Latvia, Canada, the US, and multiple countries in Europe, on full athletic scholarships the whole way. That career gave me an identity built entirely on performance, on being useful, on being the one who could take the hit and keep going. It also gave me concussions, more than one, before I understood what repeated head trauma actually does to a person's sense of self.
I know what it feels like when the brain you built your whole identity on stops working the way it used to. Not as theory. As lived experience.
I watched, up close, what it takes to rebuild a person's identity from the ground up after the brain that held it together stops cooperating. There is no framework in a coaching certification that prepares you for that. There is only what you learn from being in the room, present, for someone else's total rebuild.
That experience, alongside my own, is why I don't work with the surface. I've seen what's underneath it, and I've seen how much is possible once you actually get there.
I've done years of clinical training and theoretical study, the science matters, and I'd never tell you otherwise. But my own best results never came from theory. They came from the personal inner work, the sessions where I actually went underneath my own patterns instead of reading about them.
I've gone deep myself. That's why I can take you as deep as you're actually ready to go, not deeper than that, and not stop short of it either.
An international athletic career taught me how identity is built, tested and broken under real pressure, not hypothetical pressure.
I worked as a health care support worker with people in the deepest crisis there is: psychiatric emergencies, addiction, substance abuse. I saw people lose themselves. Overdoses. Psychosis. Moments where nothing I tried could help. I always felt like I had to save the whole world, and the toughest experience of my career taught me I can't help everyone. That lesson is part of why I know exactly what real collapse, and real rebuild, actually require.
MSc in Neuroscience. BA in Psychology. Certified MindShifting Practitioner. And hands-on training inside a brain performance clinic, not just studied from a textbook, but lived and practiced in the room.
Athletes were never a separate audience for me. They were the first branch of a much bigger tree.
Once every label came off me, I recognized how much of my own story had been about performance all along. My purpose turned out to be bigger than the field I started on. Athletes still need this work, so I built a platform that goes beyond me.
NEXT Athlete Global is a nervous-system-based mental performance platform where the athlete is seen beyond their scoreboard, where regulation is the main tool for performance, and where a full team behind the work holds the mind-body integration together, not just one coach.

My first book. Poetic reflections that came straight from my subconscious mind, written the same way I work with clients: by going underneath, and writing down exactly what was there.
If the method resonates, the words might too.
Get It on AmazonNot another mindset framework. Not another vague promise. A method precise enough to trust, built by someone who has lived on both sides of identity collapse and identity rebuild.
